ECCO SAFE 4.0

The ECCO Safe 4.0 is a pneumatically operated automatic tensioner for fast and safe load securing – especially
in timber transport. Even in the event of air loss, manual operation remains possible at all times.

The duo drum allows the use of belt or chain – equipped as standard with a 9 m textile belt (2500 daN).
For weight reduction, the tensioner, with its moving parts, has a two-part housing (a-shaft drive and b-valve control) made of aluminum. All direct drive components, such as cams and pinions, are made of hardened steel, the connectors are plug-and-play, and air is ducted within the tensioner via KU-PA tubing. Depending on their position, application, and material, the connecting elements are made of galvanized steel; V2A stainless steel or zinc flake coated.

Bolt loop and delta shackle 2500daN, the other side 300 mm long loop.

The webbing can be replaced with a 6 mm short link chain.
(DIN 12195-3 2021) can be replaced.

The drum's starting and spacer discs are made of stainless steel, with reinforced flanging for high stability.
The shaft is available in various lengths and is mounted without tools using a V2A ball lock pin.
The rotating stainless steel handle is long and easy to grip.
